Crunwear, Pembrokeshire

Historical Description

Crunwear or Cronwear, a parish in Pembrokeshire, on the verge of the county, 4 miles S by E of Whitland station on the G.W.R., and 5½ ESE of Narberth. Its post town is Begelly (R.S.O.) Acreage, 1703; population, 179. The living is a rectory in the diocese of St David's; net value, £125 with residence. Patron, the Lord Chancellor. The church is good.
