Historical Description
Clarbeston, a parish in Pembrokeshire, 2½ miles NNE of Clarbeston Road station on the G.W.R., and 5½ NW of Narberth. Post and money order office, Clarbeston Road (R.S.O.); telegraph office at the railway station. Acreage, 1658; population, 147. The living is a vicarage in the diocese of St David's; net value, £70. The church, which is dedicated to St Martin of Tours, was restored in 1894. The living is held in plurality with the benefice of Wiston, about 4 miles distant.
