Llwydcoed, a hamlet in Aberdare parish, Glamorgan, 2½ miles N of Aberdare. It has a station on the G.W.R., and a post and money order office under Aberdare; telegraph office, Aberdare. There are Baptist, Calvinistic Methodist, and Congregational chapels.
