Landore, Glamorgan

Historical Description

Landore, a village in the W of Glamorgan, within Swansea borough, on the river Tawe, 1½ mile N by E of Swansea. It has a station on the G.W.R., and a post, money order, and telegraph office (R.S.O.) It has a mission church, and Baptist, Wesleyan, and Calvinistic Methodist chapels.
