The living is a rectory, united with the perpetual curacy of Peterstone-super-Montem, in the diocese of Llandaff; gross value, £194 with residence. Patron, the Earl of Dunraven. The church is a fine cruciform edifice of the 14th century, similar to the church of Coyty, but larger, and was restored, in 1873 and 1888. The central tower fell in 1874, doing great injury to the chancel and transepts. It retains sedilia, piscina, and aumbrey, and two curious 14th century effigies.
