Historical Description

Silian, a parish in Cardiganshire, 2½ miles N by W of Lampeter. Post town, Lampeter (R.S.O.) Acreage, 2179; population, 268. The living is a perpetual curacy, annexed to Llanwnen. The church is ancient.
