Llanddemol, a parish in Cardiganshire, on the coast, 6 miles S by E of Aberystwyth. Post town, Aberystwyth. Acreage, 2022; population, 212. The parish was formerly called Oarog. The living is a vicarage in the diocese of St David's; net value, £110. The church is good. There is a Calvinistic Methodist chapel.
