Moston
MOSTON, a township, in the parish of Warmingham, union of Congleton, hundred of Northwich, S. division of the county of Chester, 2ΒΌ miles (W. by N.) from Sandbach; containing 224 inhabitants. It comprises 663 acres, partly of a clayey and partly a sandy soil. The Grand Trunk canal passes through the township.
