Middleton
MIDDLETON, a township, in the parish and union of Belford, N. division of Bambrough ward and of Northumberland, 1ΒΌ mile (N. N. W.) from Belford; containing 70 inhabitants. It is on the road to Tweedmouth; and a stream here, passes at the distance of about two miles and a half into Waren bay.
