HARPTON, LOWER, a township, in the parish of Old Radnor, hundred of Wigmore, union of Kington, county of Hereford, 1½ mile (S. S. E.) from Radnor; containing 93 inhabitants, and comprising 634 acres. It is on the borders of Wales.
