Dagworth
DAGWORTH, a hamlet, in the parish of Old Newton, union and hundred of Stow, W. division of Suffolk, 2ΒΌ miles (N.) from Stow-Market; containing 169 inhabitants. Some members of a family that took its name from this place, distinguished themselves in the wars with France, during the reign of Edward III.
