The parish comprises 3142 acres, and is intersected by the road from Ross to Gloucester. A portion is within the county of Gloucester. The living is a rectory, valued in the king's books at £18, and in the gift of the Bishop of Hereford: the tithes have been commuted for £619. 10., and the glebe comprises 2 acres.
