Standbridge
STANDBRIDGE, a chapelry, in the parish and union of Leighton-Buzzard, hundred of Manshead, county of Bedford, 3¼ miles (E. by S.) from Leighton-Buzzard; containing 519 inhabitants. The living is a perpetual curacy, in the gift of the Vicar, with a net income of £100 per annum. The chapel is dedicated to St. John the Baptist.
