Llandudwen
Llandudwen is a parish in the hundred of Dinlaen, county of Carnarvon, 8 miles west-south-west from Pwllheli railway station, 3½ south-west of Nevin and 27 from Carnarvon, in Nevin sub-registration district, union of Pwllheli, petty-session.al division and countycourt district of Pwllheli, rural deanery of Lleyn, archdeaconry of Merioneth, diocese of Bangor. The church of St. Tudwen is situated on the east side of the southern road from Nevin to Aberdaron. The registers are included in those of Rhiw. The living is a rectory annexed to Ceidio, net income £130, in the gift of the successors of the late Sir T. D. L. Jones-Parry bart. and held since 1875 by the Rev. George Hopkins-Parry of St. Bees. Madryn park is the seat of Mrs. Williams-Jones-Parry.
The area comprises 1,387 acres; the population in 1891 was 57.
