Rampisham

RAMPISHAM, a village 6 miles N. from Beaminster. The church (St. Michael and all Angels) has lately been entirely rebuilt in the perpendicular style, the living is a rectory. The parish comprises 2,100 acres; and had in 1841, 420 inhabitants.
