Buckland Ripers

BUCKLAND RIPERS. a village 3 miles N.W. from Weymouth. The church is a small antique building in the Norman style, the living of which is a rectory; here is a parochial school. The parish comprises about 1400 acres, and had in 1841, a population of 118.
