Pytchley is a village and parish, bounded on the east by the river Ise, 2½ miles from Isham station on the main line of the Midland railway and 3 south-west from Kettering, in the Eastern division of the county, hundred of Orlingbury, petty sessional division, union and county court district of Kettering, rural deanery of Rothwell (first portion), archdeaconry of Northampton, and diocese of Peterborough.
