Shepton Beauchamp is a village and parish, 4 miles north-east from Ilminster station on the Chard branch of the Great Western railway and 5½ north-west from Crewkerne, in the Southern division of the county, hundred of South Petherton, Ilminster petty sessional division, Chard union, Crewkerne county court district, rural deanery of Ilminster, archdeaconry of Taunton and diocese of Bath and Wells.
