Buscot

Buscot is a village and parish in the Northern division of the county, hundred of Shrivenham, petty sessional division, union and county court district of Faringdon, rural deanery of the Vale of White Horse, archdeaconry of Berks and diocese of Oxford, about 4 miles north-west from Faringdon and 2 south-east from Lechlade, pleasantly situated on the south bank of the Isis, which separates it from Oxfordshire.
