Besselsleigh

Besselsleigh is a parish on the road from Oxford to Wantage and Faringdon, 4½ miles north-west from Abingdon and 5½ south-west from Oxford, in the Northern division of the county, hundred of Hormer, petty sessional division, union and county court district of Abingdon, and in the rural deanery of Abingdon, archdeaconry of Berks and diocese of Oxford.
