Langbar, with Nesfield

LANGBAR, with Nesfield, a township, in the parish of Ilkley, Upper division of the wapentake of Claro, W. riding of York, 8ΒΌ miles (E.) from Skipton; containing 210 inhabitants. It comprises by computation 1730 acres of land. The hamlet is situated on the northern acclivities of Wharfdale. There is a place of worship for Wesleyans.
