Eppleton, Little

EPPLETON, LITTLE, a township, in the parish and union of Houghton-le-Spring, N. division of Easington ward and of the county of Durham, 6ΒΌ miles (E. N. E.) from Durham; containing 38 inhabitants. It comprises 335a. 1r. 24p., of which 201 acres are arable, 96 meadow and pasture, and 37 woodland.
