CHALVEY, a hamlet, in the parish of Upton, union of Eton, hundred of Stoke, county of Buckingham, 1ΒΌ mile (N.) from Eton; containing 674 inhabitants. The tithes were commuted for land and a money payment in the year 1808. Here is a place of worship for Independents.
