Britwell-Prior

BRITWELL-PRIOR, a chapelry, in the parish of Newington, union of Henley, hundred of Ewelme, county of Oxford, 6ΒΌ miles (S. S. W.) from Tetsworth; containing 52 inhabitants. The mansion-house was formerly a nunnery, and subsequently belonged to the Weld family.
