Acton-Pigot

ACTON-PIGOT, a hamlet, in the parish of Acton-Burnell, union of Church-Stretton, hundred of Condover, S. division of Salop, 6¾ miles (W. N. W.) from Much-Wenlock; comprising 391 acres, and containing 40 persons. There was formerly a chapel, the remains of which still exist.
