Creeting St Peter or West Creeting, a parish in Suffolk, 2 miles N from Needham-Market station on the G E.R., and 2½ SE of Stowmarket. Post town, Needham-Market; money order and telegraph office, Needham-Market. Acreage, 1358; population, 248. The living is a rectory in the diocese of Norwich; net yearly value, £296 with residence. The church is a Gothic building of stone and flint. There is a small Congregational chapel.
