Winshill, Staffordshire

Historical Description

Winshill, a hamlet in Waterfall parish, Staffordshire, 7½ miles NNE of Cheadle. A stone bridge of one arch crosses the Hamps. There are colour, corn, and leather-board mills, and a Wesleyan chapel.
