Elworthy, a parish in Somerset, 3¼ miles SW by S of Stogumber station on the G.W.R. Post town, Taunton; money order and telegraph office, Stogumber. Acreage, 1768; population, 162. The living is a rectory in the diocese of Bath and Wells; net value, £190 with residence. The church is good.
