Weston, South, a village and a parish in Oxfordshire, 3½ miles NE from Watlington station on the G.W.R., and 5¼ S from Thame. Post town and money order and telegraph office, Tetsworth. Acreage, 485; population of the civil parish, 93; of the ecclesiastical, with Adwell, 161. The manor belongs to the Birch-Reynardson family. The living is a rectory, united with Adwell, in the diocese of Oxford; joint net value, £200 with residence. The church is a building of flint, consisting of chancel, nave, S porch, and central bell-cote.
