Churches

The church of St. Lawrence stands in King Street, Cheapside, succeeded a church in which Tillotson lectured and which had Bishop Wilkins as a vicar, was rebuilt by Wren at a cost of £11,870, has a spire with the gridiron of St Lawrence for a weathercock, and contains the graves of Tillotson and Wilkins.
