Laund Booth, Old, a township in the ecclesiastical parish of Fence, Lancashire, near the river Henbnrn and the Leeds and Liverpool Canal, 3 miles N of Burnley railway station. There is a post, money order, and telegraph office at Fence, under Burnley. Acreage, 431; population, 384. There is a, cotton factory in the parish. See FENCE.
