Turners Puddle, Dorset
Historical Description
Turners Puddle or Toners Puddle, a parish in Dorsetshire, 4½ miles NNW of Wool station on the L. & S.W.R., and 7½ NW by W of Wareham. Post town, Dorchester. Acreage, 1998; population, 87. The living is a rectory, united with Affpuddle, in the diocese of Salisbury; net value, £169. The church is an ancient structure of stone with an embattled western tower, and has been restored.

The Holy Trinity (parish church)
The parish church of the Holy Trinity is an ancient edifice of stone and flint, chiefly in the Perpendicular style, consisting of chancel, nave, south porch, and an embattled western tower, with pinnacles, containing 2 bells: it was restored in 1883, and has 80 sittings.
