Acharn, Perthshire
Historical Description
ACHARN, a village, in the parish of Kenmore, county of Perth; containing 42 inhabitants. It is a small place, of which the residents are entirely engaged in agriculture. The Acharn burn, a feeder of Loch Tay, runs through the eastern portion of the parish. See KENMORE.
