Church Records, in conjunction with the London Metropolitan Archives, have digitised the registers for St Olave Hart Street


The church of St. Olave is one of the thirteen city churches which escaped the Great Fire, and is a good specimen of 15th century Perpendicular. It contains numerous memorials, including those of "Diary" Pepys and his wife Elizabeth, and a beautifully-carved pulpit ascribed to Grinling Gibbons which formerly stood in the church of St Benet, Gracechurch Street.
