Historical Description
Hellaby, a hamlet in Braithwell parish, W.R. Yorkshire, 5 miles E of Rotherham station on the M.S. & L.R. and the M.R. Post town and money order and telegraph office, Tickhill, under Rotherham. Hellaby Hall is a fine old mansion. The lord of the manor is sole landowner.
