Lillings Ambo, a township in Sheriff Hutton parish, N.R. Yorkshire, 1¼ mile from Flaxton station on the N.E.R., and 9½ miles NNE of York. Acreage, 1769; population, 207. The township consists of the villages of East and West Lilling.
