Ingleby Barwick, a township in Stainton parish, N.R. Yorkshire, near the river Tees, 3 miles SSE of Stokesley station on the N.E.E. Post town, Stainton; money order and telegraph office, Thomby-on-Tees. It includes part of the hamlets of Leven Bridge and Newtown. Acreage, 1556; population, 115.
