Crawdundle Beck, Westmorland
Historical Description
Crawdundle Beck, a rivulet of Westmorland and Cumberland. It rises in Milbourn Forest, within Westmorland, aear the boundary with Durham, and runs 8 miles south-westward, chiefly on the boundary between Westmorland and Cumberland, past Newbiggin, to the river Eden, a little below Temple-Sowerby.
