Windley, a township in Duffield parish, Derbyshire, 3 miles SW of Belper, and 1 mile from Hazelwood station on the M.R. It has a post office under Derby; money order office, Duffield; telegraph office, Hazelwood (R.S.) Acreage, 1159; population, 169. Lord Scarsdale is lord of the manor.
