Nobottle, Northamptonshire
Historical Description
Nobottle, a hamlet in Brington parish, Northamptonshire, 5½ miles WNW of Northampton. It was known at Domesday as Nevebote and Nivebotle; it came afterwards to be called Newbottle, and by corruption Nobottle, and it gives-name to the hundred of Nobottle Grove.
