Llawr-y-Bettws, an ecclesiastical parish in Gwyddelwern, Llandderfel, and Llanfor parishes, Merionethshire, 8 miles ME of Bala. It was constituted in 1864. Population, 376. Post town, Corwen. The living is a perpetual curacy in the diocese of St Asaph; tithe commutation, £118. Patron, the Bishop of St Asaph. The church was built in 1864, and is in the Early English style.
