Historical Description
Humby, a township and a chapelry in Somerby parish,. Lincolnshire, 3½ miles ESE from Grantham, comprising the hamlets of Great Humby in this parish and Little Humby in Kopsley parish, and with a small chapel, originally the private chapel of the Brownlow family, which was restored) in 1878. Area, 1437 acres; population, 170.
