Historical Description
Easton, a township in Stoke Rochford parish, Lincolnshire, 6½ miles S of Grantham. Acreage, 1784; population, 170. Easton Hall, a fine mansion of stone standing in a well-wooded park through which the river Witham flows, is the scat of the Cholmeley family.
