River Bourne, Hampshire
Historical Description
Bourne, River, a stream of Hants and Wilts. It rises near Easton, in Wilts, goes 10 miles southward, past Collingburn, and through the border of Wilts, to Park House, then proceeds 10 miles south-westward, past Boscombe, Porton and the Winterbournes, to the Avon below Salisbury.
