Historical Description

Postlip, a hamlet in Winchcomb parish, Gloucestershire, under Cleeve Down, 1 mile SSW of Winchcomb. Postlip House and Postlip Hall are the chief residences. It has extensive paper-mills and remains of a Norman chapel.
