Coldwell-Rocks, a reach of grand rock scenery at the boundary between Gloucestershire and Herefordshire, on the river Wye, 4½ miles NE of Monmouth. High limestone precipices, overhung with shrubs and traversed by gullies, extend along the one bank, while fine meadows and the charming hill of Rosemary-Topping are on the other.
