Oakerside, a hamlet in South Darley ecclesiastical parish, Derbyshire, a quarter of a mile from Darley Dale station on the M.R., and 4 miles NW of Matlock. Post town and money order office, Wensley; telegraph office, Winster. There is a Wesleyan chapel.
