Kinder, a hamlet in Hayfield parish, Derbyshire, in the High Peak district, 4 miles N of Chapel-en-le-Frith, and 1 mile from Hayfield station on the M.R. Post town, Hayfield, under Stoekport. Kinder Scout Hill has an altitude of about 1800 feet. There are print works.
