Coal-Aston or Cold-Aston, a township in Dronfield parish, Derbyshire, three-quarters of a mile NE of Dronfield station on the M.R. It has a post office under Sheffield; money order and telegraph office, Dronfield. Acreage, 1536; population, 534. There are Wesleyan and Primitive Methodist chapels.
