Pont Glyn Diffwys, Denbighshire

Historical Description

Pont-Glyn-Diffwys, a romantic spot in the S of Denbighshire, near the confluence of the rivers Geirw and Alwen, 4 miles W by N of Corwen. A one-arched bridge, 50 feet in span, bestrides here a deep chasm, down the rocky bottom of which a river rushes impetuously into a deep glen.
